Hi,
Trapped these on Wednesday night. I've had a go at finding an id, but am not very confident, so some help would be welcome. All 3 of them measured 7mm nose to tail.

Robin,

Yes to bifasciana and ratzeburgiana - the second is a particularly good record. Most Cnephasia need dissection to confirm id as it is impossible to do anything more than take a punt on whether the smaller individuals are incertana, asseclana or something more interesting.

Mike

Thanks Mike,
Having read the descriptions on HantsMoths I feared that the Cnephasid might need dissection to determine an id. Still 2 out of 3 isn't bad for me!!
Best wishes,
Robin
