Notes: An introduced species which occurs in the wild amongst Azalea spp. in several of the southern counties and more widely in greenhouses. In Hants, early stages were first reported in a garden at Bournemouth, and subsequently from Southampton, Hilliers Arboretum and Ampfield. A few adult specimens have been taken at light elsewhere in S Hants; still rare in the north of the county. Wingspan: 10-11mm. UK distribution: A native of eastern Asia which occurs, sometimes commonly, in gardens in southern England.
