Status: Nb Notes: Nationally rare, south-eastern England and East Anglia. Wingspan 34-50mm. Flies during day; June to July. Frequents parkland, parks, hedgerows, golf courses, quarries, fens and areas with scattered trees. Larva September to May, ove r-wintering three or four times.
