Notes: Local, England; rare in Wales, predominantly coastal. Wingspan 12-14mm. Nocturnal; mid-July to August. Frequents salt-marshes. Larva September to October. Larva feeds within seeds of Glasswort, living and feeding in a movable case, buried in mud.
