Notes: Endangered, south-eastern England. Wingspan 20-28mm. Flies from late afternoon; late June to early August. Frequents coniferous woodland and plantations. Larva feeds within needles and young shoots of Scots Pine, Silver Fir, Nor way Spruce, Juniper and various coniferous trees.
