Notes: Naturalised via accidental introduction in shipments of fruit, England. Wingspan 15-22mm. June to early July and mid-August to September. Frequents orchards and gardens. Larva feeds on flowers of Apple, various fruit trees and various deciduous trees and shrubs, living and feeding between leaves spun together with silk, causing sufficient damage to be a serious pest in some areas.
