Notes: Nationally rare, southern England. Wingspan 28-35mm. Flies at dusk; mid-June to mid-August. Frequents chalk downland and woodland clearings. Larva feeds on Common Knapweed, Black Knapweed, Stinging Nettle and Great Mullein.
