Status: Migrant
Notes: Immigrant, mainland Europe, appearing as a migrant on the south coast of Britain, in some years arriving in sufficient numbers to breed. Wingspan 23-25mm. Nocturnal, will fly during the day if disturbed; June to July and August to September. Frequents ma rshes, river-banks and damp areas. Larva feeds on Water Mint and Gipsywort.
