Notes: Endangered, southern England, predominantly coastal. Wingspan 25-29mm. Nocturnal, will fly during the day if disturbed; July to August. Frequents chalk downland, grassy slopes and sea cliffs. Larva feeds on Hedge Bedstraw, Field Wormwood, Black Horehound, Small Nettle and Mignonette.
