Status: Presumed extinct
Notes: Extinct in Britain, formerly northern England. Wingspan 38-54mm. Nocturnal; late April to May. Frequented moorland and open woodland. Larva June to mid-August, over-wintering as a pupa, no evidence of breeding in the UK. Larva fee ds on Bilberry.
