Status: Presumed extinct
Notes: Extinct in Britain, formerly Kent and Essex, predominantly coastal, still legally protected. Wingspan 33-35mm. Nocturnal, may fly during the day; mid-June to mid-July. Frequented salt-marshes; 0-50m. Larva August to May, no eviden ce of breeding in the UK. Larva feeds on Sea Wormwood.
