Notes: Endangered, the Norfolk Broads and Breckland, appearing as a migrant on the south coast of Britain. Wingspan 20-23mm. Flies at dusk, also during the day if disturbed; mid-June to mid-July and mid-August to early September. Freque nts sand-dunes and sand-hills. Larva July to August and September to May. Larva feeds on White Clover, Red Clover, Lucerne, Bindweed, Vetch and Wild Thyme.
