Notes: Nationally rare, southern England, eastern England and southern Wales, predominantly coastal. Wingspan 23-26mm. Flies at dusk, also during the day if disturbed; June to early September. Frequents heathland, bogs and salt-marshes; 0- 50m. Larva August to May. Larva feeds on Sea Lavender and various herbaceous plants.
