Status: Vagrant/Accidental
Notes: Rare immigrant, the Canary Islands and mainland Europe, appearing as a migrant on the south coast of Britain. Wingspan 20-22mm. Nocturnal, will fly during the day if disturbed; July. Frequents dry meadows, woodland rides and woodland cle arings. Larva August to May. Larva feeds on various herbaceous plants and various grasses.
