Notes: Local, England. Wingspan 20-23mm. Nocturnal; July to August. Frequents calcerous grassland, downland, quarries, roadside verges and woodland rides. Larva late July to mid-October, over-wintering as a pupa. Larva feeds on seed capsu les of Burnet Saxifrage.
