Status: Migrant
Notes: Very rare immigrant, southern Europe, appearing as a migrant on the south coast of Britain. Wingspan 64-77mm. Nocturnal; May to October. Frequents sand-dunes, sand-hills and hillsides. Larva - no evidence of breeding in the UK. Larva feeds on Wood Spurge.
