Status: Rare migrant Notes: Rare immigrant, the Canary Islands and southern Europe, appearing as a migrant on the south coast of Britain. Wingspan 40-48mm. Nocturnal; July to September. Frequents dry open areas and vineyards. Larva September to May, very limited evidence of breeding in the UK.
