Status: Vagrant/Accidental
Notes: Very rare immigrant, mainland Europe, appearing as a migrant in south-eastern Britain. Wingspan 30-40mm. Nocturnal; mid-May to June and August. Frequents rough ground and open areas. Larva July to August and September to October, over-winte ring as a pupa, no evidence of breeding in the UK. Larva feeds on Perforate St. John's Wort.
