Status: Nb
Notes: A nationally Notable species, which was at one time virtually confined to the Bagshot Sands area of the north-east; however, the last two decades have seen it extend its range and the species is now reported in small numbers throughout in pine-birch-heath habitats. The larvae feed communally on bracket fungi growing on decaying logs in damp woodland.
