Notes:
Recorded infrequently through accidental importation in bananas from the Canary Islands, Azores and Madeira. Not recorded in Hampshire or on the Isle of Wight to date. Wingspan 20-28 mm. Larva feeds on Banana and Sugar Cane, causing sufficient damage to be a serious pest in some areas.
