1667 Blotched Emerald (Comibaena bajularia) ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775) - (Geometridae / Geometrinae)

  

Notes: Local in oak woodland, hedgerows and gardens throughout England; widespread and common in Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Wingspan 29-33 mm. The pale creamy tornal patches are unmistakable. Larva feeds on Oak, principally Pedunculate Oak.
