Recorded infrequently through accidental importation in asparagus from North America; one was found alive amongst Asparagus imported from Florida at Covent Garden, London on 22 February 1980, with no further records to date. Not recorded in Hampshire or on the Isle of Wight to date. Wingspan 31-37 mm. No evidence of breeding in the UK.
