Notes: Occurrence in the British Isles unconfirmed. This native of southern Europe is included on the British list on the basis of the statement 'Cumberland, once, probably a casual immigrant' [Meyrick, 1928]. Wingspan 30-34 mm. Larva feeds on Hog's Fennel, Pepper-saxifrage and Wild Carrot; no evidence of breeding in the UK.
