Endangered (proposed as a future Red Data Book species) in south-eastern England, where there has only ever been a handful of records; an easily-overlooked and difficult-to-collect species. In Hampshire recorded once, at Liss in 1897. Not recorded from the Isle of Wight to date. Wingspan 12-14 mm. Larva undescribed.
