Vulnerable (proposed as a future Red Data Book species) in dry grassland and on roadside verges in a few vice-counties of the eastern Highlands of Scotland, south Aberdeenshire, east Inverness-shire, and Morayshire. Unlikely to be recorded in Hampshire or on the Isle of Wight. Wingspan 13-16 mm. Larva feeds on Yarrow and Tansy, living within a spun or rolled leaf.
