Nationally scarce (Na) in rough ground and dry heathland in parts of south-eastern England, northern England and Scotland. Not recorded in Hampshire or on the Isle of Wight to date. Wingspan 11-15 mm. Larva feeds on Common Bird's-foot Trefoil, living between leaves spun together with silk.
