Very rare immigrant (less than 10 previous UK records) from western Europe, appearing in southern England twice, at Dorney Reach, Buckinghamshire, in August/September 1976 and at Durlston CP, Dorset, in July 2001. Not recorded in Hampshire or on the Isle of Wight to date. Wingspan 33-36 mm. The broad and strongly arched forewing lunule distinguishes Jubilee Fan-foot from all other British Hypeninae (MBGBI Vol 10). Larva feeds on withered leaves of various broad-leaved trees and shrubs, no evidence of breeding in the UK.
