Common in woodland, hedgerows, scrub and gardens throughout the British Isles. Widespread and common in Hampshire and on the Isle of Wight. Wingspan 15-19 mm. Has very long antennae and unique coloration. Larva feeds on various deciduous trees, including Oak and Beech, living between leaves spun together with silk.
