This southern Europe species has been recorded just once in Britain, in Epping Forest in April 2002, likely through accidental importation, possibly as pupae in cork from Portugal, Wingspan 18-19 mm. Larva feeds on flowers and leaves of Evergreen Oak and Cork Oak.
